对遇害黑人事件乱发言 大马前美后失代言IG认证遭删！

2017年因穿着一件“椰浆饭”主题的民族服装，成为一时话题的大马环球小姐莎曼达凯蒂（Samantha Katie James），因 “选择生为有色人种（chose to be born as coloured people）”的言论引火烧身！

莎曼达凯蒂周一针对美国遭警察压颈致死的弗洛伊德（George Floyd）示威抗议事件，在社交媒体发表关于“白人赢了”，更建议黑人应接受现实等想法，被认为是种族歧视引起轩然大波！

请愿书发出不到48小时，已经有逾两万人签署褫夺莎曼达凯蒂的环球小姐美后头衔。-请愿书截屏-

她在这两天被网民不间断地抨击炮轰种族歧视，而且截至周二下午五时，就有逾2万人签署请愿书，要求褫夺她的大马环球小姐头衔，签署的人认为她不适合在全球舞台代表马来西亚。

美妆公司发文撇清关系

不仅如此，就连曾经找莎曼达凯蒂当模特儿拍摄产品的本地美妆公司Velvet Vanity，也立即在官方Instagram发文撇清她的附属关系。

由于她的种族歧视言论引起轩然大波，Instagram还删除了莎曼达凯蒂在个人资料上的蓝色小勾认证符号。

Instagram上的认证符号，表示它已确认该帐户是“所代表的公众人物，名人或全球品牌的真实存在”。
