卫生部长拿督斯里阿德汉上周六通过视讯与巫统主席拿督斯里阿末扎希开会，讨论国内2019新型冠状病毒（俗称武汉肺炎）抗疫措施时，因提到与“500个国家”进行视讯会议引发网民争议，成为最夯的“梗”。

虽然阿德汉出面澄清说是口误，其实是与五百人开会而不是五百国，但也有眼尖网民挖出视讯与会人数只有338人而被打脸。不过不管是不是口误，这个“500国”的梗也被创意无限的网民玩转。

除了台湾著名摇滚歌手伍佰，自上月可从公积金第二户口提取500令吉后，这次的“500国”也被网民恶搞成“伍佰国”，很无辜地又再躺着中枪。

另外还有网民分析除了原本存在的195国之外，网民还挖出漫威电影《黑豹》，其中有一幕虚构非洲国家瓦坎达国王特查拉在联合国讲话的情节，也称之为神秘的“500国”之一。

除此之外，网民还提出其余305国，除了“黑豹”的瓦坎达，还有魔法世界“纳尼亚王国”、“水行侠”的阿兰特斯帝国、《公主日记》的基诺维亚王国(Genovia)等。
