（吉隆坡20日讯）科学、工艺与革新部长凯里捍卫槟州政府获捐赠200万剂科兴疫苗是场骗局的说法，直指相关负责人杨志光无法出示有关购得疫苗的证明。
他今日在推特发文说，他的助理曾与杨志光取得联系，但后者无法提供购买疫苗的证明。
“这对我部门来说是很严重的指控。”
“我的助理曾接触声称是杨志光的人士。她（助理）曾询及是否有捐献的证明，让部门可以处理（如：科兴的订单）。”
“他说没有。他只有在香港的户口有钱。”
凯里是针对《Malay Mail》报导指杨志光献议捐赠疫苗属实一事，这么回应。

自称是沙巴商人的杨志光接受《Malay Mail》电访指出，他是来自香港投资公司Xintai Enterprise Development Limited，但他是以个人身份捐赠疫苗，且不希望被曝光。
“这已演变成一个政治课题，这对我来说不公平，我们只想要捐赠疫苗，并非是现金。”
